Terms of Service
Content(a.) You agree to use our services for game server redirect use only
(b.) You agree not to use our services for your personal storage
(c.) You agree not to upload anything hateful/racist/harassment oriented
(d.) You agree not to host your friends redirect
Support
Subscribers are required to use our support ticket system for any support, billing or account related. Any direct support sent via e-mail will be ignored.
Backups and Data Loss
Subscribers use of this service is at there sole risk. Gaming Redirect will not be responsible for files and/or data residing on subscribers account that are lost. Subscribers agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred, as well maintain all appropriate backups of files and data stored on the Gaming Redirect servers.
Overdue payments
Subscribers who fails to pay for their redirect 7 days from the payment due date will be suspended and an automatic late fee of $5.00 will be applied to their outstanding invoice.
Cancellations
Gaming Redirect reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to Subscribers account at any time without notice. It is the Subscribers responsibility to cancel their own subscription. Subscribers cancelling their PayPal subscription will cancel their Gaming Redirect at the end of their term.
Refunds
Gaming Redirect has a no refund policy!
Staff Abuse
Any abuse of our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services with no refund.
Labor
Gaming Redirect will not help setup subscribers redirect. Subscribers are given account information and a Knowledgebase full of information on how to setup their account.
Payments & Fee's
It is the Subscribers responsibility to pay on time and cover any PayPal fee's.
General Terms
(a.) Gaming Redirect reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene, threatening, illegal, or violates our terms of service in any manner may be removed from our servers (or otherwise disabled), without notice.
(b.) Failure to respond to an e-mail from our department within 48 hours may result in the suspension or termination of your services.
(c.) Subscribers are responsible for what resides on their account - anything subjectable will be removed without notice and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Disclosure to law enforcement
Gaming Redirect may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. Gaming Redirect will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
Violations of the Terms of Service will be subjectable to account removal. Gaming Redirect reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
