Make sure that the file names match exactly how they are on actual game server. For instance if you have file name ThisMap.bsp you must have the filename ThisMap.bsp on the redirect. Filenames such as thismap.bsp, ThIsMaP.bsp, ThisMAP.BSP will not work as the gameserver cannot find that file on the redirect which will most likely skip the redirect and start downloading from your game server instead.
