Why am I not able to connect to my service?

We are always actively monitoring each node and are made aware of the outage fairly quickly. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a time frame for when the server will be normal, as we are still investigating the issue. As soon as we determine the problem, we fix it. Please be patient while service is repaired and restored.

Should services be down for more than an hour please open a support ticket.
