Make sure all custom files are uploaded and are named exactly the same. Files are case sensitive.

This is an Unreal Tournament (UT99) game which is hosted by NFO Servers. Yes after i had changed config i did restart game server and just now i went back and restarted again and tried downloading the custom map and no difference, agonizingly slow. I did this between 1845 and 1850 CDT.

For what game are you running this redirect for? After you had changed that config did you restart your game server? After you restart your game server change the map to one of the custom maps and try to connect. I just turned on logging to capture whats happening. Then reply and let me know.

ignore that, had a brainfart and had changed AllowDownloads to False.Below is the current edit. You in that new config you turned off redirect. Change the following line:
AllowDownloads=False
to
AllowDownloads=True

Ok made all the changes and now i get an error message when connecting to my server that download failed and server refused to send map

Your redirect config looks fine. You do have compression defined as True so you will either have to compress your files or set it to False. Note that uncompressed files use more space. Also you have your files in another folder called "Maps". You will have to change the redirect URL to:
http://us1.gamingredirect.com/5487932158/Maps/

Do the maps have to be compressed. Mine are not compressed.

HI, I am not getting fast downloads. Before i signed up for the service i was using a 9MB map, WickedMansionClassic as a base test and it took 25 minutes to download this file. It still takes 25 minutes to download with the redirect to your service. I am a new admin so dont assume anything as im sure you dont ;) Thanks
