I'm trying to pay with paypal but when it redirects i get the below error

Well i don't know either. I don't do anything illegal, also i used to have an account here under [email protected] which i cannot get back for some reason. I think it has to do with my address since where i live we have no states yet it requires me to choose something.

There really isn't anything further we can do to help as PayPal is the ones blocking your payments. I did look your IP up before and noticed it being flagged for torrenting.

If you're using a VPN, using fake information or otherwise not using your home ISP. You will trigger the fraud system. I suggest using your real information and IP. There isn't anymore more I am able to do if PayPal is blocking your payment.
Please also note that using a credit card will also give the same results.
