You need to make sure the file names are exactly the same on both the server and redirect including any capital letters as it is case sensitive. I've checked your files and you aren't using the correct file structure. You need to make a folder called "codbo1" or something you will recognize as that game. Keep it short. Inside that folder you would make a folder called "main". Inside of that you would move all the iwd and ff files to there. Then change your redirect config URL to "http://thunder.gamingredirect.com/2945449589/cobo1/". If that doesn't work add main/ to the end of the URL. As I am unsure what black ops requires. Make sure to reboot your game server when changing the config file. Your client then will then add the correct portion of the URL to the request and start downloading. If your files aren't named the same then your server will default to it's local downloading.

What happens now is, it goes to download and shows http://thunder.gamingredirect.com/2945449589/ as the source. At this point it freezes and doesn't download. I also tried with just "ff" file. this is same file that is on game server.

What does your redirect config look like? If Black-Ops 1 has support for redirect then of course our services support that. If the game does not then it would of course not work the same way the other series do. You will need to attach more information so we can properly help you.

Your home page says that you have redirects for call of duty series. In knowledge base under configs, Black-Ops 1 is not listed. Is this the reason it freezes on the download page without downloading?
