I am not sure why you sent a cancellation request in and should this process be automatic your account would of been terminated. I ask that you do not in the future request a cancellation if you are having issues logging in. As far as your account goes I've reset your password for you, so please try the new password.

Please fix my redirect hosting. I do not timely paid redirect, and because of this my account was not possible. Payment has been made, but access was still closed. I wanted to cancel the service, and then re-activate.
