Yes, cancel your subscription. You will still be invoiced here as long as you have an account. You just login here and pay the invoice.
Alright. So just to make sure, I cancel my paypal subscription to you and just pay off this host rhino account that I'm using from now on?

I've updated the payment. Because PayPal doesn't allow IPN changes and our billing is different you will need to cancel your subscription and open a new one through this system on your next billing date. I've manually added your payment and id so you wont get anymore emails now.
I am getting notices that the bill is overdue in my email. I checked paypal and I was charged on Sep. 12, but it doesn't seem to be updating in host rhino. It still says that the bill is unpaid.

You do not have to cancel your subscription. I have moved over your account and subscription ID. You will be emailed a invoice 7 days before. You can ignore it if you have an active subscription and the system will update here when it's been paid and verified by PayPal.
