No and we advise that you stop creating accounts. As explained in the last ticket we have no control over PayPal. At this point we would ask that you look at alternative sources for redirect.

Hey i created a new account since maybe it works since yesterday paypal was giving me an error and i have no credit card options. On my account i see "The following services are pending review by staff. Once approved, they will be activated: Standard Plan -" Could this be the reason why i can't pay?
