We generally dont generate invoices with outstanding claims (even if it's an error on PayPals end), however we have made an exception since you are a long standing member. I've gone ahead and generated the invoice. Once paid your account will be renabled. As far as PayPal, we have no access to the funds or any resolution until they interact and end the claim. When that happens and we get the funds, you can either have it refunded or added as a credit to your account. Please let us know how you want that proceeded and when that happens we will update you on this ticket with the outcome.

Thank you for your email. I did not dispute the charges. PayPal is reviewing the transaction as suspicious? I have no way of disputing the claim, in fact PayPal has already deducted the amount from my bank account. See attached pictures. If PayPal has not paid you, please generate a new invoice and I will pay you with my bank debit card instead of PayPal. This issue is with PayPal not you or I. Thank you.

We wont be able to unsuspend your account until the dispute is closed and the funds clear. You can close the claim or wait until PayPal reviews it, however it might be a good idea to close it yourself to expedite the process.

I paid a large invoice through paypal 15K through my bank. Paypal flagged the transaction which was mine and legitimate. The monthly payment went trough and I can pay via debit card going forward versus paypal. Thanks.
