We have other Call of Duty: World at War customers who aren't experiencing this issue. I did review some logs both on your account and the servers where your specific account is located at. I don't see any issues. We don't throttle connections or limit due to rapid connections.
Reach out to your game server provider and see what they find on their end as that sounds like a game issue.
Right, a few were able to download. About half our clan could not. Many try to restart the game and reconnect, but it still hits our server instead of the redirect. The only thing that seems to work for them is to restart their computer and then launch the game. It also happens when anywhere from 2-5 players are downloading at the same time.

This is an edge case issue that appears to be related to your game server and not the redirect. I see nothing being blocked or any hiccups. I would reach out to your game server provider and see what is causing the issue.
Many of our players are unable to access the redirect on COD WAW. They are pushed to the server. Several. This is happening right now. And happens every Wednesday night when we game.
