Hello,
There aren't any current issues with the server however, I did look into your account and see the following files missing on your redirect account which were requested by your server:

It's very important that you have all the custom files the both on the game server and redirect. Files ARE case sensitive. When a redirect cannot find the files a game server requests it will default back to downloading from the game server, which in return will be very slow.
