We have DDoS mitigation to combat these kinds of malicious attacks but, aren't currently being attacked.
Quick questions. Would it be possible that the redirect server speed is getting affected by a DDoS? My game servers this passing week have been getting DDoS daily by IPs originating from Russia.
Let's put that on hold first. I think I'll try another redirect host and see how well theirs hold up.

At this current time I am not seeing any kind of speed issue with the server. We can set you up on another server if you wish. You will be required to transfer your files to the new server. Let us know how you want to proceed.
The download speed has really deteriorated since almost a month back. I'm downloading a 37,000 KB file at 0.01% a second. Before, it would zoom through the download screen and hit 100% in no time.
