I can see from the logs the following files are missing or are not named correctly:

You must make sure that file names match that exactly of the server and redirect. Files are case sensetive. Also make sure you put a forward slash at the end of your redirect URL.
Example: http://thunder.gamingredirect.com/7228279863/ut/

Your accounts now been setup and emailed to you. Replace the redirect URL with your unique URL. Making sure to create a folder called 'ut' and putting the files in there. Please also note that account setup is not automatic and is the reason setup was delayed.
