Okay, I'm old so maybe I forgot, plus I have so many auto pays setup it's hard to keep track. I searched for your invoice reminder in my email and I must say I did receive it but shrugged it off as scam. The email comes in as Department Billing, may I suggest Gamingredirect Billing? The only time I see gaming redirect is when I click on the attachment at the bottom. If someone suspects a generic looking email from Department Billing as scam, I'm sure they wouldn't click on the invoice at the bottom. And most people don't know about clicking on the email address in the From: field of the email to investigate. I ain't hating on you guys, just giving some insight on how I saw the email. I will add funds to my account as you suggest. Have a very happy holiday season Gary Stewart

Hello,

We don't have automatic payments for PayPal. You can add funds to your account kind of like a top up and it will automatically pay those invoices. We have always had a late fee. Which is in the Terms of Agreement upon registration. Because we have to manually suspend accounts, we charge a fee. Invoice reminders are also sent out before due date and also reminders. Once it lapses, fees are added. If you want automatic payments we suggest adding money to your account.

Regards,
