Never mind Im an Idiot with bad vision lol. I thought the ip was 1000 not 10000. Changed that and what do you know it works imagine that. Didnt even notice till the last message you sent. Sorry.
Yes, did try that and that was the error message I got Hi, not sure how to screen shot it, but did copy the message. ERROR No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. Connection failed. I am using the winscp ftp like I did on the other. Not sure what Im doing wrong. This redirect is different then the One I had the other day. It said thunder2 and this one in this message says thunder. Anyway tried with filezilla and got the an error could not connect to the server, connection failed with "ECONNREFUSED- connection refused by server. I just thought Id mention the thunder 2 thing since it caught my eye and I put it in for the redirect on the server to download from. Ive changed it but havent taken a map out to see if it works yet. Still just trying to get the ftp to connect.

The thunder2 was an old development addition at the time and was suppose to be removed. Your correct ftp connection is
ftp.thunder.gamingredirect.com
port 10000

Make sure you are using the information displayed on your services page. If you're able to screenshot the error you're receiving that can help. I was able to log in with your account information just fine so it maybe an end user error. Also what FTP program are you using?
Hi , put in the new host name, port number and password using the same user name and it will not connect says ERROR CAN NOT CONNECT. Not sure what Im doing wrong or if its even me or tech problem.Thanks, Eric.
