Hello, can you please remove the fallowing line from my services area that ends up with "Fraud"?

Your accounts been setup and please tone it down a bit. It's not the end of the world, we have security in place that handles FRAUD transactions. Even if it wasn't your fault, the system marked it as FRAUD for whatever reason. This was removed but in the future if it happens again we wont be able to remove it.

Hello, PayPal transaction number 9A067509SY732754N My Order Number is: 1589687704 FastDL Hosting - Unmetered Plan $15.75 USD Monthly 20/04/2014 My Browser froze when I was making the purchase and right before I was suppose to pay for it I had to restart the pc and the second time I went to purchase the service my purchase went trough, Now every time I go to my services area, my 1st service shows me that my purchase was a Fraud If that would have been the case I would not even bother to try the 2nd time after I restarted my system. Please remove the fallowing line THAT I WILL BE POSTING IT BELLOW from my services area I am not happy to see that line there please understand me, I am very serious about this, & it was not my fault at all, & I had no control how the internet explorer browser was frozen before I had to chance to fill out the payment info. I copy and pasted the line that I need your tech support personal to remove it the soon is possible from under the services area, that line needs to go away. "FastDL Hosting - Unmetered Plan $15.75 USD Monthly 20/04/2014 Fraud" Please let me know how long will take for that "Fraud line service" that I mention to you, to be removed by your tech support? Thank you for understanding my frustration.
