Hello,

No there currently isn't a way for you to view logs. Prior to uploading the files to the redirect it would be wise to check them. Case sensitive files were always a thing here at Gaming Redirect.

Thanks for your help. That seems to work. So is there a way to check files like that? Would be nice to be able to view the logs on my end without sending a ticket in. Right now there are no way that I know of to find out if the files have the capital or lower case letters. You would think when you download a map the files would be correct. I was thinking in the past when we had redirect it didn't matter about case sensitivity of the files as long as the names were correct. Guess I was thinking wrong.

Hello,

I can see in the logs that your server is requesting dna.utx.uz not DNA.utx.uz. Your redirect must match exactly that of your server. Files are case sensitive. For your record here are the files that were requested that are missing or contain the wrong filenames.

I can also see in your redirect folder for "DM-Nouveaux.unr.uz" file you have "Dm-Nouveaux.unr.uz". So I would recheck all your files and rename those accordingly.

Just wanted to ask a question about some of the files on redirect. I have some files that have been compressed and loaded on redirect. Most files are super fast...but there are a few files that have been uploaded that are super slow. I have tried to re compress and upload again but doesn't seem to help. The files are not any bigger then some others but are very very slow. Seems like they are not on redirect at all. I check to make sure and they are there. Any ideas?
