We don't currently see any issues with the redirect. It would be best to open a ticket the next time this happens so we can see the exact time and dates. Please also note you are on a shared environment with other customers. We also do periodic updates on the back-end and can happen at random times.

We need more info than that. Are your files named exactly the same on the redirect as it is on the server? Which maps is this effecting and what times is this effecting?
Random players are unable to download maps. Then are OK the next map. Sometimes happens with no one else downloading, other times with many downloading. World at War. Restarting World At War usually does not rectify. Sometimes it does after many tries. This has been going on for quite a while.
