Hi there, Took out a standard FTP plan today and have been sent my login details. I use FileZilla and have set up an FTP account with these details; Account Information: FTP: ftp.nl1.gamingredirect.com Port: 21 Username: 4392584615 Password: c2ewr2OD8D Redirect URL: http://nl1.gamingredirect.com/4392584615/ However whenever I try to connect I get this message: Status: Resolving address of ftp.nl1.gamingredirect.com Status: Connecting to 81.4.100.44:21... Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message... Response: 220 (vsFTPd 2.2.2) Command: USER 4392584615 Response: 331 Please specify the password. Command: PASS ********** Response: 530 Login incorrect. Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server Is there an issue with my account or maybe some finer Filezilla options are needed (i.e, passive, active, default connection, explicit FTP, Implicit FTP, Plain FTP?) What Filezilla account settings should work if the above account info is correct or if incorrect what should they be? Kind regards Phil Weber
