I do appologize about the delay in response. We weren't getting proper notifications on email reply so it went un noticed. We have gone head and created a new service under the highest plan and transfered your files over. You wont need to update any of your configs and FTP info is still the same. You should receive an email shortly with an invoice and a welcome email. You can ignore the welcome email.

We aren't able to change your package without adding a new one. What I can do if you want is create a new package under your same account id. Files and all will transfer over. But you will have a new invoice to pay today. Let us know how you want to proceed.

I would like to upgrade my service to the largest folder size (35gb). I'm aware my redirect has been over-size on my account for some time and you guys have been so fantastic that you've never said a word about it. Fair is fair though and I'd like to pay for what I am using. At your convenience could you bump up my account to the maximum size please?
