Terms of Service

General Terms

• Gaming Redirect, LLC. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• We may remove, disable, or restrict access to any material or service that we believe is unlawful, threatening, abusive, obscene, or otherwise in violation of these terms, with or without notice.
• Failure to respond to a compliance, billing, or account-related request from our team within 48 hours may result in suspension or termination of service.
• You are responsible for all content and activity associated with your account. Material that violates these terms may be removed without notice and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required.

Content

• You agree to use our services for game server redirect and fast-download purposes only.
• You agree not to use our services for personal file storage.
• You agree not to upload or distribute hateful, racist, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
• You agree not to operate a public redirect that other people may use for their own game servers, including friends or family. If we determine that a public redirect is being operated through your service, the service may be terminated without refund.
• You agree not to host illegal material or content that violates applicable law, including pirated software, pornography where prohibited, or other unlawful files.

Support

Customers are required to use the support ticket system for support, billing, and account-related requests. Direct support requests sent by email may not be answered.

Data Storage

Accounts that exceed the storage included with their plan may be asked to reduce usage or upgrade service. If usage remains above the allowed limit, the account or service may be suspended or terminated.

Backups and Data Loss

Your use of the service is at your own risk. Gaming Redirect, LLC. is not responsible for files or data stored on your account that are lost, corrupted, or removed. You are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of all data transferred to or stored on our servers.

Overdue Payments

Services will be automatically suspended 24 hours after the due date.

Cancellations

Gaming Redirect, LLC. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to an account or service at any time. You are responsible for cancelling your own subscription when you no longer wish to continue service. If you cancel a PayPal subscription, your service will remain active until the end of the paid term unless it is otherwise terminated under these terms.

Refunds

Gaming Redirect, LLC. maintains a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final.

Staff Abuse

Abuse, harassment, or threats directed toward our staff through any medium may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.

Payments and Fees

You are responsible for paying invoices on time and for cancelling any recurring payment subscriptions connected to your service. Payments already made are non-refundable.

Disclosure to Law Enforcement

Gaming Redirect, LLC. may disclose customer information to law enforcement or regulatory agencies when required by law or in response to a lawful request. We will cooperate with lawful investigations as required.
